Meet the team
Banu Roe
Banu joined the Riverbanks team in May 2009 and has recently be appointed as the Clinic Manager and Lead Medical Aesthetcian. She brings with her over 10 years experience in the aesthetics industry. She previously managed a busy aesthetic clinic in Central London. She has advanced skills in skin peels, laser hair removal, IPL and Radiofrequency technologies. Banu's gentle manner and sheer professionalism has been warmly welcomed by all of our patients and ensures that you receive premium care and advice at all times.
Dr Ravi Jain
Dr Jain is the owner and lead doctor at Riverbanks Clinic. You can be guaranteed a warm, friendly welcome and honest, caring advice. He will listen carefully to your concerns and advise you on what is best for you. He excels at everything he does, be it medicine, photography, squash or waterskiing! Medical Aesthetician Isabel Ufton
Isabel has recently joined our clinic having taken some time off travelling. Prior to her adventures, she was a lead laser and skin therapist at a busy aesthetic clinic near Windsor. Her calm, relaxed manner suits all patients and he confidence in her skills reassures patients within minutes.Isabel is experienced in the full Priori & Vitage skin care ranges, Soprano XL Painless laser hair removal, Accent Spa RF and Diamondtome Microdermabrasions.
Nurse Ann Harvey
Ann qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2003 and has worked at top London clinics since. She joined our award winning clinic in March 2010, having worked with Dr Jain at a top London clinic before hand. She has over 5 years experience in cosmetic medicine & surgery and really enjoys her time with her patients. Ann will listen carefully to all your needs and plan a precise, individualised guide for each person.
Ann is extremely experienced in all aspects of skin care, including IPL, Painless Laser Hair Removal, Vitage, Priori, Obagi, Restylane Vital and Microneedling using the Genuine Dermaroller.
Her friendly manner will ensure you feel welcome and enjoy the truly luxorious Riverbanks experience.
Miss Jonquille Chantrey (Plastic Surgeon)
Miss Jonquille Chantrey is widely regarded as the countries top female Macrolane and Vaser surgeon. She & Dr Jain work closely together raising the standards in cosmetic medical training as well as actual practice.
Miss Chantrey is extremely experienced in all aspects of cosmetic medicine & surgery, including Botox, Azzalure, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Voluma, TCA Peels, Obagi, Vaser Lipo and of course Macrolane. She also continues to work in plastic burns units in Manchester.
