Delivery Info

We will endeavour to process and despatch all orders on the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon on a business day, (excludes weekends and bank holidays). As delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee the service and delivery times may vary.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically on checkout based on the weight of the items purchased and your shipping destination.

All orders for delivery in the UK (including The Channel Islands) will be shipped FREE of charge using the Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (Signed For) service. This service is expected to take 1 - 5 business days.

If you required a next day delivery service, Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day is available for an additional charge based on the combined weight of the items purchased, please see the above chart.

Orders must be received by 12 noon on the day of ordering to qualify for next day delivery. Any order placed for a next day service received after 12 noon will be processed the following day.

All prices at Riverbanks Shop include UK VAT, however EU or International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations.
