Making a purchase at Riverbanks Clinic is easy and secure.
- Choosing an item When you find an item you want to purchase, click the basket icon. The item will be added to your basket and ready for you to purchase.
- Paying for your item When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in ‘My Basket’.
- Creating an account The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. The account will store your name and address. This only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is fully secure. By setting up an account you will have a record of what you have purchased so that you can get the same again next time you visit the shop.
- Confirming your item and payment During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase (postage and packing is always completely free unless you would like next day delivery). Once you have checked these details and clicked ‘Confirm’ you will have completed your purchase.
- Technical support We are unable to provide technical support or advice regarding the functionality or use of any item purchased on the Riverbanks site and would also advise that you contact the product manufacturer directly for this. - Editing your account details When you would like to change any of your account details, such as your shipping address and credit card information, click the ‘My Account’ button. You can also view your previous orders from this section.
